Shipment Responsibility
OutdoorSnap LTD is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier.
Delivery & Signature Requirement
Please note that, due to recent safety measures, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not claim responsibility for loss or theft. We do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend contacting the courier for resolution.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Canada & US Orders:
Shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.
After the third failed attempt, UPS may hold the package at a nearby facility.
Please check the UPS website regularly for updates and contact UPS to confirm pickup location if no notice is received.
If the package is returned to us, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
European Orders:
Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.
International Orders:
Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery can take 2β3 weeks due to customs clearance or transit delays.
We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Australia Orders:
Shipped from our Australian warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.
Duties & Customs Fees
Customs and import duties are payable upon arrival in your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are not controlled or refunded by OutdoorSnap LTD.
For DDU (duties unpaid) shipments, you will be responsible for any import taxes or duties before delivery.
Wrong Address & Order Modification
It is the customerβs responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.

We process orders quickly, and changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned to us can be reshipped at the customerβs expense.
